the harvest home.
What is included in an installation?
We design, source, deliver and arrange the pumpkins and gourds listed in your proposal. We also handle the lifting, transport, placement and our packing debris. Mums, other botanicals and end-of-season pickup are available only when included in your proposal.
How much does an installation cost?
Complete installations begin at $1,500. Your proposal reflects the scale and access of your entrance, the materials selected and any requested additions.
How do I reserve my date?
A nonrefundable 50% reservation deposit secures your installation date and allows us to commit seasonal materials and labor. The remaining 50% is due 48 hours before installation.
Do I need to be home?
No. We simply need safe, unobstructed access to the entrance and reasonable nearby access for unloading. When you are not home, we complete the placement using your approved design direction and our professional judgment.
Will my installation look exactly like a photograph?
Every entrance and every harvest is different. Inspiration photographs establish an overall feeling rather than an exact replica. If a variety is unavailable, we preserve the agreed palette, quality and character with a thoughtful substitution.
Do you attach anything to the house?
No. Every element is freestanding. We do not drill, nail, screw, glue, tape or otherwise fasten materials to doors, masonry, railings or other property surfaces.
How long will the pumpkins last?
We choose and inspect each element for freshness, structure and quality. Because natural materials are displayed outdoors, their longevity is influenced by temperature, moisture, sun, wildlife and conditions at the property, so a specific lifespan cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if the weather turns?
If conditions make installation unsafe or could compromise the design, we may move the timing. Your payments transfer to the rescheduled date, and we will communicate any change as promptly as possible.
What do I do with the pumpkins at the end of the season?
The seasonal materials belong to you after installation. Cook the edible varieties while they are still fresh or hollow them into serving bowls for hearty autumn soups. Carve or share them, stack white pumpkins into cheerful holiday snowmen or, where appropriate, roll untreated pumpkins into the woods for wildlife to feast on. When available, end-of-season pickup may be arranged as an additional service.
